This is about Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan forgiveness using SBA's direct portal or your lender.
The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (CARES Act; P.L. 116-136) created PPP loans to provide short-term, economic relief.
The initial authorization of $349 billion for PPP loans was exhausted by April 16, 2020, and Congress authorized another $310 billion (bringing the total to $659 billion) for PPP loans in the Paycheck Protection Program and Health Care Enhancement Act (P.L. 116-139).

I saw this in 2022 when the hearing was conducted and it was hilarious. AOC looked so terrible. I think she's going to resign any day now.
