Everybody knows this is a proxy war. It's not my assessment.
It's a real war. NK and Russia, etc. say it's a proxy war. One state providing military support to another does not itself establish a proxy relationship, even if the beneficiary is at war. We are there to only help a country that was invaded by Russia.
Our State Department says it's a proxy war. How could you be so naive?
