I had to fire people where I work we had their secretary box stuff up and you'd be surprised when people have in their desk or in their filing cabinets confidential information copies of client list when we get ready to fire somebody we take the whole staff to lunch we have somebody come in and change all the locks while everybody's at lunch then we tell people hey let's just take the rest of the day off so when they come back they can't get in that's how we fire people that way we know what they're taking
