Stalin helped defeat the Nazis and he was a communist. But this quote has nothing to do with what you are saying. This is Dinesh Desouza's quote comparing the Left today to the evil Nazi propaganda of yesteryear. You are reading more into it than intended. Liberals do that sort of thing routinely.

He was one man helming the desperation of a majority of people. ¬¬Like the American Democratic Socialists led by Pelosi and her cohorts, the goal was to be “functionally” a One party system. It is easy to see how American Democrats want to take down the republican party, and to shout down any dissenting opinions, and to prevent discourse. What we don’t often hear or learn about is how Hitler ruled the rest of Germany, what his domestic policies were for the German people he didn’t march off to death camps. Hitler’s domestic, socialist policies will be the focus of this post. They’re eerily similar to what American Democrats tout today. Hitler initially had the support of the mob of people. Think America WITHOUT the Electoral College, American elections now determined by Los Angeles, San Francisco, NY City, Boston and Detroit. Mob Rule of city people that want to be taken care of by government. So replace many of Hitler’s policies with something you hear from Bernie Sanders… Hitler made a huge promise to his people: employment for all. How did he do it? Roads and infrastructure: As Fuhrer, Hitler’s first priority was jobs, or the lack of them. German unemployment had peaked at 6 million due to the Depression devastating the economy. With innovative public works schemes such as the building of autobahns, Hitler put every German back to work. He also advocated schemes such as KdF – Strength Through Joy – which gave workers increased benefits for increased levels of production. This policy was popular and increasingly with the proletariat who had seen their country decimated by the depression… By putting people back to work and making huge public spending, inflation was bound to happen. However, Hitler kept this under control by not allowing wages to rise with prices. This may have been one unpopular aspect of Hitler’s economic policy but there were many that the people supported. So Hitler created jobs…through government. While at the same time, he criticized certain segments of the population, demeaning them, blaming the countries woes upon them. When the mothers had to go out into the work force, the government immediately established child care centers. You could take your children ages 4 weeks to school age and leave them there around-the-clock, 7 days a week, under the total care of the government. The state raised a whole generation of children. There were no motherly women to take care of the children, just people highly trained in child psychology. By this time, no one talked about equal rights. We knew we had been had. Public education, where children are at school all day long, with state-funded and state-sponsored curriculum… convinced yet? To the ultra-Left wing guy who attempted to post here (probably one of those Occupy anarchists) by viciously attacking Dan Volker, who has more brains in is little finger than you do in your head--read the policy. Democrats have a lot of problem with rules and courtesy, etc., etc., etc.
Unlike the Nazi's and today's leftists/democratic socialists ..... American conservatives and JFK style Democrats still believe that it is GOOD to bring up thoughts contrary to the mainstream thinking, and to have real discussions over it-- one side with the other. When a conservative tries to paint an accurate picture of something going on in America today that goes against the Democratic Party propaganda...the response by the left is immediate name calling often coupled with Boycotts if this can be seen as helpful in destroying the person so foolish as to disagree with the party line. Combine this with wearing masks like Antifa or posting on a forum like this with the intent to attack anonymously, and again, we see today's leftists/progressives acting like the Nazis would have. If I say something that someone in Lake Worth does not agree with, you'd think that person could be a big enough person to actually break down the specific issues they see as wrong, show a reason why, and turn this into a dialog that could bring about a better understanding by "someone". I'd be fine if the someone was me, but this won't happen from just anonymously attacking with no intent or idea of how to FIX my position and improve my understanding :-) .
