I stopped at Walgreens, 6th Avenue South and Dixie Highway. I met the new store manager, Maureen, and she is trying to stop the theft and keep the store safe for customers. She hired a security guard who stands inside near the entrance. And as soon as she sees a panhandler, she calls the sheriff.
I would have to believe that these electric vehicles are saving the city money. At least 40 U.S. states and the District of Columbia offer a credit and/or a rebate on hybrid or fully electric cars and Florida is among them.

Oh really I've seen these electric cars from the city of lake Worth for a few years now even your friend Wes Blackman used to drive one sometimes you used to see him driving to his house up in college Park or having it parked in front of his house and it says the City of lake Worth on it.
Let's do some math....
High costs in Electric bills for Lake Worth residents ( because of cost of Natural gas to make electricity) + A FLEET OF ELECTRIC VEHICLES ( town charges us for high electric costs in charging fleet) = Lake Worth Electric utility costs go up even further, and Lake Worth Residents would have paid LESS had the town gone for a fleet of 40mph gas powered vehicles.
Also in the math...each electric vehicle requires far more carbon to be released in the production of it's batteries, than the CO2 emissions of comparable gas vehicles in their lifetime---but of course, leftists and globalists desire to destroy America's Fossil Fuel Resource values, so that America can be squashed down into another poor sub-nation in the One World Government they are working so hard to create.
Also in the math...As the world and America use less Gas or diesel -- the Dollar will LOSE it's strength and become weak like the Mexican peso and other ruined currencies. Since the 1950's every country in the world was forced to purchase Dollars....Even with Americans printing money with no Gross Domestic Product value it....essentially being "Play-moneny"... with everyone in the world having to buy the dollar, the dollar remained Strong.
The world was forced to buy dollars so that they could BUY OIL. This was a deal we made with OPEC back in the 1950's. When the world stops buying dollars to buy oil...America gets inflation exploding, making Bidenflation look like a non-event. Suddenly bread might cost $30 for a loaf...this is what you get from drinking the Marxist Climate Agenda and being happy about the rise of Electric Cars....
This is not something we should ignore...we should tell the commissioners that WE do not belive in gutting America's Fossil Fuel resources, or in buying into Electric cars....also known as Stealing from Peter to pay Paul.

getting tired of this climate crap.if it is so bad check the cars the tree huggers are driving.what is the temp of their house.do they have a timer on their hot water tank.how many drink from. thro away bottles.how many spend time outside in shade instead of inclosed houses and bars.a lot of people got on this democratic wagon going over the cliff.
I think Wes is kind of an employee of the City of lake Worth now he's on some board or committee or paid by the city to do something maybe to demolish all the old houses in the city he does something but he does drive one of those city electric cars I've seen him drive it before, and it's parked in front of his house too.
Electric cars is such a bunch of crap. We are hostage to the Green New Dealers.
