The kookiest governor in the kookiest state in the United States of America, Jerry Brown, has been busy exploiting his state's status as the fifth largest economy in the world in order to cast himself as the anti-Trump on the issue of climate change.
So full of himself has he been, that he has ignored something very clear in the U.S. Constitution he's prohibited from doing, and now a charge of "treason" is being raised.
