The state of New York has sued a Brooklyn church in federal court claiming its pro-life ministry uses harassment, force and intimidation to stop women from entering an abortion clinic to have their pregnancies terminated.'"

New York has less restrictive laws than many other states. Abortion is against their laws if the mother dies during the procedure--there is no cooling off period and you don't have to get the consent of your partner.. New York Abortion Laws
