Peace Initiative Day - Some would rather stir the pot

Comment Up

Pastor Mike Olive of the Common Ground Church reached out to Wes and Mark in a gesture of friendship and love as well as to be a compassionate listener. They were invited to come over to his coffee shop yesterday which was Peace Day. But they were both "no shows."

A fool gives full vent to his anger, but a wise man keeps himself under control. (Proverbs 29:11, NIV)

James 1:19-20: "Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, for man's anger does not bring about the righteous life that God desires." (NIV)

I guess Pastor Mike's invited guests did not want to hear those messages.

Sometimes I get angry, even recently. I am living proof of man's need for God. Pastor Mike Olive

Sorry to have to say it, but they should have gone for the coffee. Wes is beyond ridiculous and Parila is one mean nasty person and a phony to boot. you never know when that man might off you because he's having a picked on day. All that religious stuff on his facebook page. Makes you want to throw-up.

I met the preacher once and I thought he was a very cool guy.

I don't think Blackman or Parilla can step foot on Holy ground. They would burst into flames.
