Alcee has himself in some hot water--alleged sexual advances over a 2 year period involving Winsome Packer, an international policy specialist, and asking her about her underwear. It has all caused Packer's blood pressure to rise and she is suing.

It is a mystery why he continues to get voted into office. Gerrymandering, I guess.
Yes, it is strange that people keep electing him in, he was charged with ethic charges years ago, he really shouldn't even be allowed to run, he is a crook and unethical, I hope it finally catches up to him. We need to stop elected incumbents anyway. This guy is bad news. Americans are just as stupid to keep voting for him with the horrible past he has.
