As previously written, the City of Lake Worth is involved in approximately (I say approximately because we know that the list is not accurate) in 152 case involving litigation, foreclosures, bankruptcies, etc.

On March 22, behind closed doors, the City will be discussing three of them:

9:00--Board of Trustees Firefighter's Retirement Plan
10:15--Sun Recycling and PB County Health Department
11:45--City of Atlantis

I asked Phil Medico, executive and government affairs liaison for Southern Waste Systems, to confirm that his trucks have all been moved off his Lantana property and he said, "Yes, we want to be a good neighbor to those in the Osborne Community."
