As the manatees gather together by FPL's power plant because of warm water, the iguanas fall from the trees and look dead, but many will wake up as the sun raises temperatures. Iguanas like temperatures in the 80's and 90's so the last week has been devastating.
If it warms up, they'll wake up on their own; if not, they'll die. Having only 4 to 10 hours to get warmer, it looks like this young Iguana does not have a chance.
