With even leftists admitting that the prosecutors have effectively LOST their case against Donald Trump in the sham “hush money” trial, the incredibly corrupt judge just did something more befitting of the Soviet Union, than of the United States of America!

Judge Juan Merchan – the man whose daughter has been paid millions of dollars by the Democrats – delivered a set of unprecedented instructions to the jurors to make it EASIER for Trump to be convicted.

Under normal circumstances a jury would have to unanimously agree that prosecutors proved beyond a reasonable doubt that the felony crime in question was committed by the defendant.

That means that in order to find Trump guilty, the entire jury would have to agree that Trump committed a specific crime.

But per usual, these are not normal circumstances.

Merchan told the jury that if they thought Trump was guilty of ANY one of the three crimes – even if they didn’t agree on which one – he would accept it as a unanimous guilty verdict.

The three crimes in question were:

Violations of federal election law
The falsification of business records
Tax violations

Arthur Fergenson, a former judicial clerk for the late Chief Supreme Court Justice Warren Burger, has laid out a path for former President Donald Trump to swiftly challenge any potential guilty verdict in his New York trial. This insight, shared during an interview with conservative commentator Mark Levin, offers a dramatic twist in Trump’s ongoing legal battles.

Fergenson explained that Trump could petition the U.S. Supreme Court immediately if convicted, leveraging both statutory writs of certiorari and a variety of other processes known as common law writs. These mechanisms, though rarely granted, provide a legal framework for the Supreme Court to review cases from lower appellate courts.

“The Supreme Court can act by its statutory writs of certiorari to take a case from a lower appellate court,” Fergenson stated, adding that they could also use common law writs authorized by the Judiciary Act of 1789.

As Fox News reports, Judge Maryellen Norieka, presiding over Hunter Biden's upcoming trial on gun charges, ruled Friday that prosecutors will be barred from using certain, arguably salacious evidence against the president's son.

According to the outlet, Norieka determined that special counsel David Weiss and his team will be prohibited from introducing any references to Hunter Biden's discharge from the U.S. Navy as they attempt to secure a conviction for alleged violation of federal firearms laws.

Furthermore, the prosecution team will not be able to introduce information about Hunter Biden's child support battles concerning his young daughter, born out of wedlock, who is currently living in Arkansas.

Even with the restrictions placed on the prosecution by Norieka, it seems likely that numerous, highly embarrassing details of Hunter's past life will emerge at trial, given the witnesses who are expected to be called.

Deputies responded to Lake Worth Beach at 9:40 p.m. on Saturday after receiving calls of shots fired. The sheriff’s office said that it received anonymous calls that large groups of juveniles were running from the upper parking lot of Benny’s on the Beach and shopping plaza while the shots were heard.

The sheriff’s office said when its deputies arrived at the beach, multiple gun shell casings were located, and no victims were located.

Anyone with information related to the incident, including cell phone video and/or photographs, is asked to contact the sheriff’s office or Palm Beach County Crime Stoppers.

President Biden gave the commencement address at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.

He reminded the graduating class of the oath they took when they entered, to defend the Constitution “against all enemies, foreign and domestic.”

A press pool report said the president emphasized the word “and.”

“Nothing is guaranteed about our democracy in America. Every generation has an obligation to defend it, to protect it, to preserve it, to choose it. Now is your turn,” Biden said.

My guess is that Biden did not mean the anti-Israel protesters on college campuses and in some cities who, as the Middle East Media Research Institute recently noted, have been defacing war memorials and statues of American heroes. He probably didn’t mean, either, the Chinese Communist and Iranian operatives in America that prosecutors have been targeting in recent years with some success. He doesn’t mean the illegal immigrants flowing into America via Mexico from China, Turkey, and other unknown places.

He probably does mean Donald Trump and his “MAGA Republican” supporters. Biden has repeatedly and publicly described them as threats to democracy itself.

National Park Service reverses course, grants permit for Memorial Day Mass inside cemetery

A lawsuit was filed

National Park Service has granted the permit for the Knights of Columbus to host a Memorial Day Mass inside a national cemetery, according to a May 23 news release from legal organization First Liberty.

“The Knights are thrilled that they will be able to exercise their religious beliefs and keep this honorable tradition alive,” First Liberty Senior Counsel Roger Byron stated in the news release. “We appreciate the tremendous support of Governor Youngkin and Attorney General Miyares in this case.”

The Knights have hosted a Memorial Day Mass inside Poplar Grove National Cemetery in Petersburg, Virginia, every year since the 1960s.

National Park Service under the Biden administration halted this tradition in 2023, when it denied the Knights the permit to host the Mass within the cemetery, citing a policy change that prohibited “demonstrations,” which included non-committal religious services, inside the cemetery.

The Knights and the Park Service reached an agreement and the lawsuit was dropped.

There have been claims that this is a political move on Biden’s part as he heads into the 2024 election cycle, which is definitely true. After all, Biden’s track record on gas prices has been abysmal to say the least.

Reportedly, the administration is planning on selling off one million barrels of gasoline from the U.S.-managed stockpile in northeastern states, confirmed by Reuters. The Biden administration also announced that the Office of Petroleum Reserves will begin taking bids for the gasoline, with these bids having to be delivered no sooner than June 30.

Apparently, the sale was mandated by law, as the current administration claims. The sale is going ahead because refined gasoline has a shorter storage life compared to unrefined oil. Shockingly, the administration is attempting to ‘spin’ this news, claiming that this reserve can actually be beneficial in lowering gasoline prices, with summer just around the corner. Biden, however, is obviously cutting it short, leaving a bitter aftertaste in the months prior to the election.

Trump exposed Special Counsel Smith's 'aggressive' efforts and unconstitutional acts in motions to dismiss charges and suppress evidence

Special Counsel Jack Smith abused power and violated laws in his ongoing effort to prosecute former President Donald Trump over his alleged unauthorized retention of classified documents after leaving the White House, and the National Archives similarly violated rules and Trump's rights by secretly colluding with the Biden administration to go after the former president.

Those and other claimed examples of the Justice Department's "aggressive effort to get Trump" were just revealed in lightly redacted filings submitted on Monday by Trump's defense attorneys in the South Florida federal case, according to the Washington Examiner.

The filings included a motion to suppress the evidence gathered during the FBI's August 2022 raid of Trump's Mar-a-Lago residence and a motion to dismiss altogether the criminal charges that stemmed from that unprecedented raid on a former president.

That motion laid out how the Biden administration and the purportedly independent and unbiased National Archives had unlawfully coordinated their efforts with the DOJ and FBI to violate Trump's due process rights and provisions of the Presidential Records Act.

Those violations include misleading Trump and his attorneys that disputes over records were being handled in civil proceedings when criminal proceedings were secretly underway as well as PRA requirements that former presidents be "promptly" notified about any claims or disputes regarding their retained or archived records.
