Lake Worth rock thrower arrested
1st Avenue South and South H Street, a creep. Edwin A. Mendez, was arrested for throwing rocks at automobiles.
Someone throwing rocks at vehicles at 20 years old, seems to lack the emotional maturity one would expect from someone that age. I wonder if he's legal. Is this considered a felony, or a misdemeanor? Will they assess his mental state? I wonder where his bail money came from. If somebody is throwing rocks at cars, they are a danger to the community at large, and should not be eligible for bail. What will he do next? Time will tell!
And maybe while he's out on bail, he'll have time to hit you on the head with a rock. I don't think we need a new law. We just have to enforce the laws already on the books. Watch out for falling rocks!
