The Constitution’s Fourteenth Amendment does not confer citizenship on the children of foreigners, whether legal or illegal. Media commentators have gotten this issue dead wrong. Fox News’s Judge Andrew Napolitano says the Fourteenth Amendment is “very clear” that its Citizenship Clause commands that any child born in America is automatically an American citizen.
That’s not the law. It has never been the law.

This really is a huge problem in the USA, I know someone who has a cousin from Ecuador who has a US visa and came here both times when she was pregnant to have both here children here in the USA, they gov. paid for all her hospital bills, and she stayed here and received benefits for a while then went back to her country, but did this so her children have US citizen ship. It is really abused. People know how to work the system in every way, all the immigrants and Cubans know how to work the system and now it is ready to collapse. There is just too much abuse about this birth in the USA to be citizens, they need to change this and stop all the abuse of the system in the USA. A real and true problem.
Drive around Lake Worth any day and you will see the same thing over and over: A recent immigrant from Guatemala with numerous children. One on her back, one in a stroller, and three walking along with the stroller. Americans cannot afford to have 4-5 kids anymore. Health care and everything else is too expensive. But the government pays for all these "visitors" and their children. It's wrong. They all need to go. The Fourteenth Amendment was specifically written so that children born here to foreigners would Not be citizens. They are Not citizens.
If you abuse the system get ready to be called something you don't like, this must be addressed, my vote will go to the one who won't back down.
@9:16--Right now, there are only two candidates I trust in this regard: Donald Trump and Ted Cruz. Marco Rubio was on the Gang of Eight to solve the immigration mess. Unfortunately his heart was in the right place but when you even mention the word "amnesty," you are then knocked out of the game. Amnesty does not represent the wishes of the American public. I'm not including open border liberal progressives in this "American public" statement.
Interesting how they have the smarts to play our system to the max yet can't make their own countries livable.
