Freeman is a physician who lives in Boca Raton. Last month he filed paperwork with the Federal Election Commission to run in Palm Beach-Broward District 22, the seat now held by Rep. Lois Frankel, D-West Palm Beach. But Republican Freeman said last week he’s switching to District 18, Patrick Murphy's open seat.
