Yesterday, Gary Nikolits, out-going property appraiser, gave his "Good, Bad and Ugly" report to the Economic Forum of Palm Beach County.
The winner? Palm Beach County for raising taxes by $87 million especially since it has raised taxes by $185 million over the past three years. A few entities were in the "good" category for not raising taxes or going to the roll-back rate but Lake Worth was not among them. Lake Worth was in the "Bad" category.

haha no one is the least bit concerned that taxes are going up across the board in Lake Worth? We are too poor to be concerned I guess.
