The deputy who bashed a handcuffed inmate's head against a wall and kneed him in the face was indicted yesterday by a federal grand jury.
The Deputy said that the handcuffed inmate spit at him but only one problem--there was a video of the incident.The charge: Deprivation of Rights and Falsification of Records.

We would be a whole lot way better and safer if we have our own police department run as a volunteer program type of thing.We should have a private security force mixed with local volunteers to keep everyone in check looking out for each others.the sheriff is harassing only the homeless and Guatemalins. We can look after ourselves.
