Clemens faces challenge:
Emmanuel Morel, a Democrat from West Palm Beach, is challenging State Sen. Jeff Clemens District 27. He opened an account last week according to the state Division of Elections website.
Remember him? He ran against Ted Deutch in the August 2014 Primary receiving only 8.4% of the vote.
