Lynn can you find out who paid to have the rice properties demolished at 1306 and 1320 Lucerne Ave? Did he pay for his boarded up run down caving in buildings to finally be taken down or did we the tax payers pay for this millionaire looser that kept these properties a mess for years? The public should know the truth about that slumowner!

It is so sad that so many drugs get into this country and city, how does it happen? We must have a lot of bad cops out there. So sad that so many are drug addicts now in our society, so many in jail, all so evil, our government and law enforcement must be involved and allow all these drugs, in cahoots with the drug dealers, so sad making so many young people become addicts. Then you wonder why people don't have respect for the gov. or law enforcement anymore, something very fishy here with drugs in this country, police are obviously over looking A LOT! So so sad!

We have a bunch of drug dealers over here on 5th Ave north and N L St, there are even some hanging sneakers from the elect. line, where the drug dealer comes out to sell his stuff, they keep selling drugs out of 504 5th Ave N and 432 N L St, but so little is done about it, and all of this is right next to SH School. Can we ever eliminate drugs and dealers in our city?

From what I have been told, Mr. Rice paid for the demolitions.
