Although we have an overall interest in the rising crime throughout the country especially committed by illegal aliens, we are not the least bit interested in crimes in Greenfield, California. But we do acknowledge the fact that we have a lot of crime in Lake Worth and too many to mention. Below is one that just happened in our downtown.

I was a witness to this larceny. Senior citizen took a bottle of ketchup from a table atToojays put it in her purse. That's why restaurant s don't put condiments on tables anymore, jelly was taken like drugs.
OMG That is the last straw! What is this city coming to, the wild west? Sounds like its time to pack up and high tail it out of this devils town of ketchup and jelly thieves. Sound like things are worse than the South Bronx in the 80's.
Lock up your ketchup folks!

Mark, first of all you have no idea that the comment was true. Next, it does not negate the fact that a crime of some sort was committed. Thanks for your "humor" though.

the anony poster at 11:25 is your typical LW wise azz.
My comment was meant as humor. It reminded me of all the times that I have worked in food service and witnessed, mostly little old ladies, stealing ketchup, jelly, steak sauce, sweet n lows, sugar packets, etc. I did follow up by calling TooJays and the Manager stated that there was no ketchup stolen yesterday the incident WAS NOT at TooJays.
Truthfully,

It took place in the 500 block of Lucerne. I am sure that the first post was in jest---OR---meant for me, who knows in this city. LOL
Good job Sherlock. It was a jokes and not ment at anyone in particular. just shows how reporting a random crime like a larceny without facts is fear mongering.
No, what it shows is your nitpicking and being a joke. It was a crime reported by the PBSO. I thought you loved those guys. Basically, and let's face it, you can't stand crime being reported in this city. You want to pretend there is NONE.
We live in South Florida, we have crime in every city up and down the coast it comes with the territory and it's not unusual or shocking. We don't have gangs having shootouts like we did before PBSO was here and I'm not going to lose sleep over a petty theft, drunken bums fighting one another or them getting a ticket for a open container. Keep posting whatever you want it's entertaining for the most part.
No, crime is becoming the norm of the day--is that your theory? And we still have gangs, where have you been? A petit theft by one person can develop to grand larceny the next time he commits something. Crime is serious no matter how you want to slice that cake. Let's get rid of it and get serious.
