Bullies, they're everywhere

We all have encountered bullies.  Hell, we have seen it right at city commission meetings. We see it when commissioners tell you to F-off by simply ignoring your call or e-mail or forwarding a confidential mail onto to someone else. We see it in condos every day where people want to change the rules and regulations to suit themselves. It should NEVER be allowed in schools and adults never should condone it. And what is really disgusting is when you see a bigger, more powerful person, in this case a student, bullying someone less than twice his size. More of these will come out of the woodwork now that Ferguson was allowed to burn.
