Fane Lozman used to have a floating home until the City of Riviera Beach played hardball and took his home and destroyed it. He had been leasing docking space at the Riviera Beach Marina. Federal judges ruled in favor of Riviera Beach. That did not stop Fane. He knew what was right and what wasn't and went all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States and WON!
Now he's back in court today to select a jury. He will be his own lawyer and is suing Riviera Beach up to $1 million for violating his civil rights and the city's relentless punishment towards him for speaking out against a multi-million dollar development project on the waterfront. Freedom of speech is a right that is rapidly being squashed by local governments.

Thank God for Fane Lozman for going all the way against the petty tyrants disguised as representatives of the people.
Our tyrants (aka Mayor and Commissioners) need to be taken down for their fascistic tactics, along with their rude supporters.
What kind of lawsuit could Mr. Timm file against the commission?
What makes them terrorists? Who are their rude supporters? What makes the fascists?
Rude supporters are public figures and political appointees, Peggy Fisher (wannabe cop), Loretta Sharpe (corrupt board member), Wes Blackman (fellow corrupt board member), and Greg Rice the slumlord who thumbs his nose at City Codes as he sits as Chairman of the Community Appearance Board and the Nuisance Abatement Board.
Fascists are the Mayor and Commission who have twice ignored the will of the people and refused to amend the Charter re the Heights issue, and refused to certify the results of hare-brained $63 million citizen robbery by bonded debt.
Degenerate Liars,deceivers,

get shifty elements into Commissions and Counsels,with the occasional rare exception,one decent,brilliant,moral well bred one manages to slide by the malicious liars,with their useless wasted lives.
