I am glad to see Robert Waples got on, he is good and cares, cleans up many other peoples messes and slum owners properties. What is sad is to see this Rice name, he is the one who owns the slum property at 1306 Lucerne that has a dilapidated building with a hole in the roof? Often a property very overgrown and uncared for, graffitied often and abandoned and boarded up,a real dump of a place, an eyesore for sure, if this property was in Parrot Cove or Brayant Park NA, they would make him bulldoze it down and really keep up the lawn better, it is a nasty place, Rice is lucky it is over here in Pequena Guatemala where no one cares what things look like due to so many immigrants. Shame on Rice, he should keep his place looking better on Lucerne, I have no respect for you as a slum owner, assume responsibility for your property mister Rice, how can you be a good person on the P&Z Board when you cannot even take care of your own property> it looks like hell.
Does anyone know what the highest education level is of each one of these people now selected? Do all have Bachelor degrees or higher? What are their backgrounds and knowledge of planning and zoning/codes? What are their motives for wanting to be on this board? Any one know any of this info?
Sure don't, but I would wager to say it is HIGHER than the city commission. McVoy has a PhD and Mulvehill has an MBA.
Everyone on the new P&Z has a degree of some sort.
Lake Worth City Commissions are notorious for not doing background checks.Result, a $40,000,000 Lawsuit of Greater Bay, whose principal after Bill Coakley's background check of that prinicpal uncovered 72 Judgements, inspite of which the Commmission under pressure and with usurpation of Marc Drautz, Mayoral Signatory power, by Nadine Burns,Retha Lowe and Dave Vespo, gave away our Beach to Peter Willards' Co. for 2 twenty years periods minus 1 day and unlimited construction time, 1 year or 50 years was guaranteed.
The morons don't know that such a Contract can be sold for $20,000,000 and the lease holder walk away and leave the concrete bunker shabby Lake Worth Beach as is!
Do slumlords make perfect P.& Z. members?Those who helped the present Commission members get elected are now on that Board.Parilla was kicked of the Cummunity Relations Board, for vulgarity and disrespectful behaviour,and caused that Board to be eliminated!Willfully ignored?Turn our City into a slum,sewer?
