Florida's main attraction is BEAUTIFUL OLD FLORIDA,which brings in billions in tourism dollars and new residents./Ever seenSt.Augustine?not demolished by a local CRA!Like Ave.E between Lake And Lucerne, prepared for uglu concrete boxes, future slums.
Lake Worth falls under category
Beautiful Old Florida, because of what is, not because it is what Cover of P.b.Post New Homes shows:

2 Huge Concrete boxes of human storage, on a desolate, human and God forsaken Beach!

Lake Worth attracts because of its'low rise intimate, humans friendly ambiance. Not to look at the hideous Commission.
Out of Control CRA, is expanding its' territory,to demolish Old authentic Lake Worth, and replace all with out of Town Contractors(canatella 1)them by outhouse- style cheap ugly construction piles of concrete! The Commission avoids all repsonsibility for the CRA,which is taxation without representation!

Here’s what happened: Triolo, Maxwell & Amoroso voted against P&Z Board's non-partisan recommendations on moderate heights. Those 3 also said “no” to the people’s right to vote on height limits in our Comp Plan.

BULLY TACTICS of 3 politicians backed by outside real estate developers, local slum landlords & their power hungry friends who think they know best. They think the Lucerne is great, nothing wrong with more new 6-story buildings downtown, and rental apartment buildings in single family owner-occupied neighborhoods are ok. (As long as it’s not in their neighborhood, of course.)

The petition by the RESPECTFUL PLANNING PAC asks to put the issue of land use & building heights on the ballot --where it belongs. If you want to leave these decisions to 3 politicians backed by developers, so be it. If you want to have a voice & a choice in how Lake Worth looks in the future, SIGN THE PETITION today and VOTE YES on Nov 6.
