Fani is badgering them one at a time

Chesebro’s Guilty Plea Sets Up Fani Willis for Prosecution of Trump and Giuliani

The prosecutor appears willing to barter the threat of jail time for the promise to cooperate with prosecutors and testify ‘truthfully’ at trial.

What a crock...he was totally intimidated and rolled over on threat of a huge prison sentence in front of him.

Trump co-defendant and attorney Kenneth Chesebro pled guilty on Friday in the Georgia election subversion case.

He plead guilty to one felony, which is conspiracy to commit filing false documents.

Prosecutors in Fulton County are recommending Chesbro serve 5 years probation and pay $5,000 in restitution, CNN reports.

He has agreed to testify in future trials regarding the Georgia election and will write an apology letter.

Someone's lawyer should be immune--attorney client privilege. But anything goes with liberals.

I can't believe I even have to say this but attorney-client privilege doesn't apply when the attorney-client are committing crimes.

@7:43...that's BS and you know it. Just another Democrat ploy to make all those affiliated with Trump guilty...BULL

It isn't BS. And, as usual, you're spouting off about things you know nothing about. And to hide that from your readers, this comment will be deleted.

"The attorney-client privilege does not cover statements made by a client to their lawyer if the statements are meant to further or conceal a crime. For this exception to apply, the client must have been in the process of committing a crime or planning to commit a crime. The exception may apply in some types of civil cases as well, such as when a client is planning to perpetrate fraud or another tort."

You'll delete this because that's what you do,but we'll both know, as usual, that you're intentionally misleading and lying to your readers....like you do every single day.

That's the strategy, anonymous...to declare anyone involved with Trump is criminal.
Concealing a crime is Fani Willis' political strategy. As said, all BS

An attorney’s duty of confidentiality is an ethical duty that a lawyer owes to their clients, both in the continuing process of the lawyer-client relationship, and afterward. It means, unlike the attorney-client privilege, the duty of confidentiality is in effect at all times, not just in the face of legal demands (e.g., by a court) for client information. According to this duty, lawyers must not affirmatively disclose information about a client’s representation. This representation refers to information that a client shares in confidence with a lawyer, and the information is privileged because of the attorney-client trust. But there are exceptions to this duty when the client gives informed consent, the information is in the impliedly authorized category according to Rule 1.6 of professional conduct of the ABA, or the information is “generally known.”
