The prosecutor appears willing to barter the threat of jail time for the promise to cooperate with prosecutors and testify ‘truthfully’ at trial.What a crock...he was totally intimidated and rolled over on threat of a huge prison sentence in front of him.
Trump co-defendant and attorney Kenneth Chesebro pled guilty on Friday in the Georgia election subversion case.
He plead guilty to one felony, which is conspiracy to commit filing false documents.
Prosecutors in Fulton County are recommending Chesbro serve 5 years probation and pay $5,000 in restitution, CNN reports.
He has agreed to testify in future trials regarding the Georgia election and will write an apology letter.

Someone's lawyer should be immune--attorney client privilege. But anything goes with liberals.
I can't believe I even have to say this but attorney-client privilege doesn't apply when the attorney-client are committing crimes.

An attorney’s duty of confidentiality is an ethical duty that a lawyer owes to their clients, both in the continuing process of the lawyer-client relationship, and afterward.
