To be sure, the Biden administration is making radical moves when we aren’t looking. Nearly every branch of the federal government is rushing ahead to put into place his socialist agenda. And that goes beyond simply taxing us into oblivion and spending billions on welfare programs.Democrats also want to decide how you live your life, in nearly every situation. It won’t be long until they try to decide where you live or who you should marry! Biden’s EPA tried to pull a fast one on Americans who wanted to build a home near a wetland. But the Supreme Court had other ideas.
The high court’s unanimous 9-0 decision, which was delivered by Justice Samuel Alito, rejected the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) broad definition of Waters of the United States (WOTUS)
