Trump on NFL players disrespecting our country

A vulgar and crass attack on free speech by Trump. Not so surprising is the same people whining about 1st Amendment free speech rights when it comes to hate speech and Nazi rallies are okay with Trump's attacks. Also not surprising is that the people paying no attention to Russian interference in the election see a football player exercising his 1st Amendment rights as abominable.
As always, the rules don't apply to Republicans...only others.
As always, you never fail in your warped views. This has everything to do with patriotism. Colin Kaepernick was given every privilege in life and had a career that paid him more money than most make in a lifetime. Wise guy. Liberals believe that this country owes them, not the other way around. Trashing America is uncool--so is cheering people who disrespect the flag. You favor polices that hurt the country and make it weaker. You lost the election because the rest of the country sees through the appalling and radical anti-American behavior of most liberals.
since when does the president of the united states not have the rights to the first amendment like the rest of us.if people want to disgrace our they should go to another country where their voice will be heard.if you on the left don't want to sit down and talk to others and at least listen we should all turn you off.been listening to your crap long enough.i will pray for you tomorrow
Lynn, if you're going to defend a Nazi's right to assemble and protest in America, you have to defend a person's right to take a knee during the national anthem. To do otherwise is, as you call it, "warped" and inconsistent.
Is it "patriotic" for Nazis to march down Main Street and burn torches in the village square? But yet you seem to be much more comfortable with that than a football player silently doing a protest of his own. I'm not saying either one is right but they're both allowed under the Constitution.
Y'all spent 8 years smearing, maligning and crapping on Barack Obama and you're 110% behind a crude, vulgar billionaire who swindled fellow Americans out of at least $25 million. Please don't lecture us on codes of conduct or what kind of persons we are because of who we vote for.

This blog is not a sounding board for liberal propaganda and hate smears against the president. In my opinion, your perspective is 100% skewed on Trump. So, please take my advice and stop wasting my time here. As said and also stated in policy, this is not a fair and balanced blog. I have already answered your charge about the poor losers who sued Trump. No one guarantees any success to anyone in this life.
Playing the National anthem before a domestic sporting event doesn't make sense anyways, no other country in the world does with the exception of North Korea, China, and the former USSR. Anthems are reserved for international events and compitions, Olympics, World Cup, ect when you face off against another country not when Miami plays Cleveland. Silly stuff nothing patriotic about facing off against your fellow countrymen.
10:30--Just another AMERICAN tradition that you liberals want to belittle and/or eliminate. Nothing "silly" about patriotism and something entrenched in our heritage.
While you're at it, put the confederate monuments back where they were.
3 million Americans without power, food and water and struggling in Puerto Rico and we're all worked up about black athletes expressing their opinions.
Right now, I think we would all benefit more from hearing what our government is going to do for the suffering people in Texas, Florida, and the Caribbean Islands, than to have these rousing speeches about patriotism. The NFL is market driven, and will respond to market dictates. The way things are going in the atmosphere, we might be bombed back to the stone age, without the help of Kim.
It's one thing to pick on the NFL, but when you single out Steph Curry, everybody's favorite NBA player, you're going to have a problem. Steph Curry is a highly principled individual, who along with his wife, are not only observant Christians, they seek out every opportunity to support charitable causes to help the greatest number of people. This is all well known about Steph, which is why he is so popular among his fans, and the public at large. Trump is behind the 8 ball on this one, and if he has any brains at all, he should try to extricate himself from this one, before it is too late.
The arrogant NFL just made a huge mistake. Like Hollywood,they are insulting the people who they make their money from. Antifa turds do not pay the huge sums asked to see sporting events. The Liberal elites wouldn't be caught dead sitting in the stands for any team.So,good move . Lets see what the Kapernicks of the world do when they have to get a real job.Same goes for the dancing monkeys in Hollywood.
Our American heroes he return home from battles to preserve Peace are wrapped in our American flags a symbol of honoring the fallen American soldiers,.Whwne an NFL player dies, does their family wrap them in toilet paper?

A suggestion that the owner of the team for which Kaepernick plays fire him is certainly within his rights of free speech.
