Blocking traffic in the left lane is a huge source of frustration for many drivers,” said former Mayor of Lake Worth, Jeff Clemens and now a member of the Florida Transportation Committee. “Lane courtesy is important and can help ease road rage and traffic congestion. House Bill 177 will make Florida’s roadways safer.”

Tell me how a car that has broken down in the left lane cuts across three more lanes of traffic so that he can get out of everyone's way. How does that work?

Jeff is a nimwhit, he was as the mayor, he is as a band member, and as a citizen here as well. He is all about his title, power, and ego only. He doesn't really care about people, the people he represents, or people in general who are affected by his laws and votes in congress. He likely only cares about having his name on a bill for our state. He got elected because he is in a band. He is a red-nosed drunk representing people he could care less about.
