Merit Pay for Teachers at Lake Worth High

During the last election for School Board Palm Beach County, Bill Graham was "for" merit pay for teachers. He lost the election.

I have always been a proponent for recognizing achievement, not mediocrity, however the Union is a tough nut to crack along with its members.
