Shhhh, Rumors in Lake Worth

RUMORS

Things to ponder:

1. Why is the City moving everything out of the City Annex Building? Even the Utility Payment Center will be relocated. What is really going on with our building? Rumor had it recently that the Mayor and CM were trying to hand it off to another city or county.

2. Leslie Evans, owner of the Lucerne Parking lot at 601 Lucerne made an offer to the City to be able to use the lot for free parking--Take over the payment of taxes and insurance and you can continue to use it. The City said "no" and now Evans has roped off the property.

3. Rumor has it that the CM is "screwing everyone on the Sunset deal." Is she? And why would she?

4. Regarding Code Enforcement--another rumor has it that the city is looking into contracting with WPB for code officers at $65 an hour.

5. Varela will be leaving before his term ends.

6. The Finance Advisory Board meets on the 12th with the City Commission to find out what in heck its role really is. It has been suggested that requested information by the Board was purposely never given. Why have a Board if it cannot effectively do its job?

Stanton has the Commission under her thumb. Weekly brain washing sessions to make sure that they do what is best for Stanton. Sick.Once again ,the taxpayers don't matter. Our very own blonde Rasputin.

Our Charter Amendment forbids conveyance, sale ,lease of City owned properties(Read Lake Worth taxpayers)incl.historic City Hall Annex, not West Palm Beach's,
without the Electors vote!
The Citizens of Lake Worth have voted for these incompetent sneaks!

Why do we allow a small gang,with overblown image of self importance, to do everthing on the sneak????
The did not create this Town, nor do they own this Town.
Their incompetence must be compensated with dismissal!!!!!
That City Finance Committee was created grand standing,to distract all Citizens from disappearing monies(CRA etc.)and properties,
and trying to create the impression of being fiscally responsible and overseeing all depts.Utility spends $2,000,000 a month on 'PURCHASES" forced thru by unverified Consent agenda!
If the bums don't know how to manage a City property they should be thrown out, not demolish or allow stealing of those properties we own!
