This was published in the Lake Worth Herald the day before Christmas in case you missed it. It includes the Gulfstream Hotel upzoning as well as amending the hours for the sale of alcoholic beverages. The proposed ordinance addresses two issues regarding sales of alcoholic beverages in the City: (1) remove the prohibition on Sunday morning sales; and, (2) create a prohibition on off-premise sales after 10 p.m. Now all you alcoholics can start drinking at 8am on Sundays instead of Noon and those premises selling booze for off premise consumption must do so before 10pm.
