Flooding on South Palmway from earlier today

This was found on Nexdoor and it's a little movie clip I thought they were addressing this in our road bond.

I was on S. Palmway yesterday and today. I didn't see any flooding.

I live in the 700 block of S. Palmway and it hasn't rained in days. This has to be an old photo. Why are you claiming that there was flooding?

As I said, it was on Nextdoor. It was their "claim." Did you follow the link?

Thanks for your comment, anonymous. I hope you went to Nextdoor to see the flood.

I don't have to go to Nextdoor to see a flood. I drive the street everyday, and there was no flood.

This is one of the reasons I am not signed up with Nextdoor, or whatever it is called. That is probably an old picture from the little Hurricane last month.

@11:21...I guess you want to argue. So be it. The proof was uploaded on Nextdoor.

It was probably a sprinkler that malfunctioned. Everyone was out on Palmway, putting up the Christmas Decorations, between 5th S, and 18th S.

A Sprinkler malfunction can cause a flood very quickly.

Jason: That video was on the 14th with regular rainfall. It does not take a heavy rain to flood. S Palmway between 1st and 2nd. It floods at least once every couple months, more in summer. I have videos dating back 5 years of the flooding. A couple years ago when it started getting worse, my wife's car was flooded and required an insurance claim. If there is heavy rain west of downtown, we can get flooded. The water backs up at the intracoastal and comes up through the drains.
I have video of it drizzling and water boiling up from the storm drain.
