Clarence Thomas Issues Order to Biden DOJ as Trump Takes Mar-a-Lago Fight to Supreme Court
Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas has given the Biden administration until early next week to respond to a legal filing from former President Donald Trump asking that a special master assigned to the case be allowed to review dozens of documents seized in the FBI raid on his Mar-a-Lago property in Palm Beach, Florida.Trump filed an emergency request with the court on Tuesday, prompting Thomas to seek a response from the Biden administration’s Department of Justice.
As noted by Axios, Thomas was the justice responding because he is designated to oversee emergency appeals from the 11th Circuit.

I haven't heard Donald Trump say one word about the Hurricane or the 100+ people who have lost their lives. He is only interested in this incredibly boring story about the Documents they took from Mar a Lago.
For God's sake, have the cleaning people clean up the footsteps the FBI made entering his bedroom with shoes on, and get over it!

I guess you missed is Save America Rally in Michigan...he talked about it... described the category five storm that left a devastating path of destruction in Florida as “not a good hurricane.” Speaking from Warren, he said he was sending “profound sympathy and our immense support to everyone back in Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas who are struck by this brutal wrath of the hurricane.”
