Ohio allowing teachers to be armed

Ohio Gov. DeWine Signs Bill Allowing Armed Teachers in Schools

Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine (R) signed legislation Monday to allow school staff and teachers to be armed for classroom defense. This was done by Ohio lawmakers who had expedited legislation to arm teachers following the May 24, 2022, Uvalde, school shooting in Texas.

Well it might be nice for teachers to want to be armed and protect schools and kids most teachers really don't want to have guns and carry them so I don't think it's going to make a big difference but who knows?

I hope the teachers have to be trained and pass the background check. There are a lot of pretty nutty teachers out there.
