Lake Worth has a lot of drunks druggies homeless alcoholics illegal immigrants and uneducated people, the majority of the people live off the government probably, no wonder there's so much crime and so many issues in the city!
It's not illegals it's all the trashy slum landlords to bring the city down they inflate the rent so high then nobody can afford it anymore so they bring five or six people in there to split the costs and crime goes up the roads and the infrastructure cannot handle all these apartments that they're building it's just going to get worse until it gets better
You live where you can afford to live lake Worth used to be pretty nice town I used to live there and then the slum landlords took ove but the CRA keeps giving all these places away and what do you expect
The City of Lake Worth Beach is depending upon the Gulfstream Hotel to be developed for their economic salvation. Of course, it's in the CRA district. The city does not have enough code enforcement officers and many violations are being ignored.
One of the big problems in lake Worth has always had is it has very high rental something like 75- 80% of the population rents there in like others have said they cram 15 people into a single family home all these single men illegal immigrants and they're drunk on the weekends fighting causing so much chaos in the streets and around those properties and it's just complete lawlessness a lot of it is the illegal immigrants but a lot of it's just a lot of low life druggies and drunks and homeless and uneducated populations. There's no law and order there in the city at all not from the population that lives there the people who ride bikes always go riding like crazy against traffic and so many different things they never follow any bike rules in that City people are drunk all over the place people are peeing in public they sell things illegally in public there's just complete lawlessness in lake Worth that's why there's so much crime there's so much blight and like Lynn was saying that the code enforcement in the city doesn't enforce half of their laws. Many years ago 30-40 years ago they used to enforce laws better they would not let people Park commercial vehicles after certain hours on property or in the street now it's like anything goes in the City!
