The mayor gave a proclamation (a tongue in cheek mini roasting) last night for Scott Maxwell for his "100th" birthday. On cue, all those in the chamber said, "Thank you for coming in today," apparently a frequent expression used daily by Vice Mayor Scott Maxwell.
Happy Birthday, Vice Mayor.
