President Trump will be announcing his decision at 3pm today in the Rose Garden.
With his Secretary of State Rex Tillerson wanting him to stay and the administrator of the EPA Scott Pruitt saying it's a "bad deal," what will he do? Keep his campaign promise or maintain a seat at the global negotiating table?
