UPDATE: Back up at 12:50pm
Comcast television has been down since 8:30 this morning. Comcast says it will be fixed by 1:16pm. I was told that it affects a few miles but she had no knowledge of how many customers have been inconvenienced with this "line issue" and does not know what the issue entails.
A few months ago, Comcast outsourced its service technicians who actually come to your house.They have outsourced their call centers to the Philippines. I have heard that they have laid off engineers in India and are using robots.
Just get my TV going please.
