Federal hwy South of 6th ave S, and N L st between 2nd and 3rd among other places, live like scum AND get new free housing while workers scramble to live.
Those people sitting around town are dumped here by their families in other states to live in sober houses all over LW. In groups they are loud and vulger. P.S. they don't want coffee.

I hadn't been to our downtown for a while and was sad to see all the empty or vacant businesses.
This was on a Sunday , but still.
And equally sad to say the people sitting around the sidewalk didn't look like they had enough money for a cup of coffee.
The only busy place was Rotelli's.
