In an interview with Newsmax TV’s Lidia Bastianich, Trump lawyer Alina Habba claimed Joe Biden opened the border so that 10,000,000 illegal aliens could become Democrat voters

Habba made this claim in response to a question from Bastianich about Biden releasing an illegal alien named Jose Ibarra into the country, whom police later arrested for the murder of University of Georgia nursing student Laken Riley.

Habba then directed her ire at Letitia James for allowing criminals to walk the street as she is pursuing her political vendetta to try and bankrupt Trump with her un-American $460 million civil fraud judgment against Donald Trump.

Habba argued that had New York’s elected officials, like James, done their jobs, then Riley may still be alive.
