Judge Arthur Engoron poses for cameras at Trump's Trial

Trump Judge Faces Online Backlash Over Gleeful Courtroom Behavior

He even removed his glasses for the camera! LOL

The New York judge presiding over the civil fraud trial of former President Donald Trump was blasted on social media on Monday after cameras caught him smiling for the cameras as the trial got underway.

“This New York City judge is a partisan Democrat clown,” Article III Project founder and president Mike Davis posted on X, formerly Twitter. “Disgraceful.”

“Just smiling and laughing as they turn our country into a third world banana republic,” State Freedom Caucus Network Comms Director Greg Price posted on X.

“Democracy disappearing right before our eyes…,” Trump adviser Stephen Miller wrote in response to Price’s post.

80% of the cases were dismissed because of statute of limitations. Trump back in court today as radical left Letitia James sat in the audience staring at the back of Trump's head. They claim that Trump over-stated the value of his properties and claim Mar-A-Lago is only worth $18mil. 🤡 show.

The far-left Democrat New York state attorney Letitia James and her leftist cohort Justice Arthur Engoron have just found Trump guilty of civil fraud before his trial even began.

Never mind that the case is obscene to begin with and should not even exist. And the law it is based on is obscene as well and should not exist either.

If I have a piece of property and the tax assessor say it's worth $11,000 and I say it's worth $30,000 and I take it to the bank and I want to loan on the $30,000 but I put a disclaimer on it saying that it might not be accurate but they give me the money anyway is it fraud yes

It is up to the bank to get its own appraisal in order to justify the loan. They are never going to take the owner's value.
Incidentally, PAPA puts a value of Mar-A-Lago at 33+million. We all know, based on neighboring sales and the entire property itself, being Intracoastal and Atlantic ocean location, that it is worth over $400M.
The property has Total Square Feet of 76,821 and is situated on 17.5141 acres.
Do you think crazy Liticia James got it right at $18mil? and that nutty judge?
