DeSantis was at Okeechobee Steak House

DeSantis says he will ‘stand in the way’ if local leaders try to shut down restaurants

"Government doesn't have the right to put people out of work," said DeSantis.

Thankfully someone has some guts! The Dems just sneak around doing what they are trying to prevent others from doing (having parties, getting together with friends and family, etc.). We see them - they are not fooling anyone with their hypocrisy. If you are at risk or worried then stay home and take precautions. Do not subject everyone else to restrictions which will never work. Herd immunity.

Americans don't seem to realize that it is possible to starve to death. If you persist in this effort of denying people a means to earn a living and feed their families, we are in uncharted waters.

This may be a land of plenty, but the plenty has to get here, and the many have to have the where-with-all to purchase it.

We are fortunate to have a Governor who understands that the quality of life may in the end be more important than the number of years you actually live.

So should we succumb to the virus, or should we risk-all by shutting down the economy and altering our way of life for good.
