Tightened regulations for E-Cigarettes

Comment Up

Gee, what will our infamous Vape store owner, Dylan Harrison, do? He is infamous because he went to Federal Prison for manufacturing illegal synthetic drugs. He owns two stores in our downtown, one selling kava and the other selling vape.

The FDA has now issued new rules that extend to e-cigarettes. If you mix your own e-cigarette liquids you would now be considered a producer...a manufacturer. If it is determined that is the case, there would be long-drawn out process forcing them to provide a detailed accounting of the product's ingredients and other disclosures.

Read about it...

With this new law that begins in 90 days, this type of store would no longer be allowed to give out free samples.

And for a little bit of trivia, Scott Maxwell, Pam Triolo and Andy Amoroso accepted campaign donations from Dylan Harrison in the name of his two downtown Lake Worth stores in the total amounts of $250 for each store or $500 to each campaign in the recent election. He is also the guy while at a city commission meeting threatened any commissioner who would have the audacity to help the homeless and the mayor allowed him to do it.

I try to avoid walking by those two establishments. They have no business here. Get rid of hookahs too.

Well, they are legal. I'm not thrilled about them either but we have more minions condemning a church at the Bamboo Room than we do have people speaking out on these types of establishments.

Let's get rid of all cigarettes and e-cigs, vape, hookah at the same time...in fact is love to see a ban on all smoking in public, I don't want to breathe in second hand smoke, period. I have a right to breathe fresh air. If they want to smoke they should only be able to do it in their own car or home or in an establishment that allows it. Not sidewalk
cafes, or at the beach or in public parks where my kids have to breathe the toxic fumes. Did you know that in some states it's illegal to smoke in a car with a child in it! Any cigarettes would also keep them from getting thrown on the floor and people are done with them and causing a lot of pollution on our land and in the water.

Scott is the biggest phony when it comes to accepting a campaign contribution from this guy.

Photo is typical Amaroso style. He is a porno man. Yep they look like hookers to me. Guess they have no respect for themselves either. Stooping to Amaroso style of advertising. "let's all get high" They have no idea what they are smoking. Just putting shit in their to keep people coming back for more. It's about time the regulated this crap.
