Residents need to pay more...REALLY!?!
We are nearly maxed out in Millage and the
little bit of money available is invested
in a PIECE OF DIRT we DO NOT OWN! Pffffft!

These elected SERVANTS need to go to rehab
and get over the addiction of "OPM" and if we
only had MORE MONEY....Big Steamy Pile of BS!
They took 1/4 MILLION DOLLARS from reserves
for the Chamber of Commerce building and the
Mayor rebutted McVoy's question of what are we
going to use it for? FYI: LW has OVER 1000
properties that could be used for employees,
Opps - Bosses Offices because we have more
chiefs (well paid w/benefits) and fewer
Indians to do the actual work! (I have Indian
Blood in me so get over the PC Comments about
Indians)!

The 63 million dollar cash grab bond failed, thank God. From the cities own information only 30% was slated to go to roads. MAYBE. There was no guarantee of even that ! People begged the city to go with a smaller roads only bond. Their pleas fell on deaf ears. The present majority of the Lake Worth Commission jump around trying to catch shiny objects while ignoring our real problems. If Commissioner Maxwell would take some time off from swinging his baseball bat around and lobbying for the destruction of John Prince Park,he and his fellow Dream Catchers on the Lake Worth Commission might actually get something worthwhile done in Lake Worth.

it proves lake worth is a pot hole itself and they can't climb out---they are as poor as the people that live there----enjoy your run down city---and no one needs any proof are eyes are the proof and our car expenses for running over them

Maybe destroying public parks, boating to the intra coastal, sinking millions into a "park of Commerce" that we don't even own, and buying 250,000 plus bldgs so Scooby and the gang can have their club house back should not be the priority.Lets not forget Commissioners and Dept heads stuffing their bellies on the tax payers dime.
