As you read this email, extreme leftists are working overtime to ensure thousands upon thousands of illegal immigrants can vote in federal elections.
Allowing illegals to cast ballots is a dangerous precedent that violates the principle of “one citizen, one vote.” And it’s a slap in the face to the millions of first-generation Americans who followed the legal process.
That’s why I proudly support the Secure America’s Vote and Elections (SAVE) Act. This legislation will stop non-citizen voting by requiring proof of citizenship to vote in federal elections.

Non-citizens are already prohibited from voting in federal elections. Everyone certifies that they are US citizens when they vote.
Now we're going to have to provide them proof? Do we take our birth certificate with us to the polls now or mail in a copy with our ballot? This is just silly.

You have to produce ID for a myriad of things--banks, airline flights,doctors, etc., etc., etc.

There is a difference in proof of identity and proof of citizenship.

You made the statement that proof of identity is the same as proof of citizenship. It isn't. One requires a birth certificate. The other requires a picture ID.
The fact that we're all going to have to take our birth certificates to the polls or send a copy in with our absentee ballots (although I'm not sure how that would work) is a pretty big deal, I think.

Once that has been done, you don't have to take your birth certificate to the polls. OK?
Ok. So when we REGISTER to vote, do we have to take our birth certificates somewhere so that someone can certify us to register to vote? They're not going to accept copies.
It's silly to put 160 million American voters through this just because we have a handful of people who MIGHT be voting when they shouldn't be.

As said, there is NOTHING silly about it.
I just looked at my Voter Registration Card.
It is printed in Spanish and English.
It stands to reason that if you are here long enough to qualify for Citizenship, and pass the test, you would have to speak English.
I can only conclude that you don't have to be a Citizen to vote.

you are a citizen of the United States of America;
you are a Florida resident;
you are at least 18 years old (you may pre-register to vote at the age of 16, but you cannot vote until you are 18 years old);
you have not been adjudicated mentally incapacitated with respect to voting in Florida or any other state; and
you have not been convicted of a felony, or have been convicted of a felony and had your voting rights restored. Please visit our Amendment 4 FAQs page for more information.
Notice: It is a 3rd degree felony to submit false information. Maximum penalties are $5,000 and/or 5 years in prison.
20 million illegals voted in the 2020 election. It's about time someone does something about this. Voter Registration Cards need to be printed only in English. If you can't read it, you can't use it. Tough. Go home and vote there.
