More than a third of US adults say Biden’s 2020 victory was not legitimate
New poll finds just 62% believe Biden’s election win over Donald Trump was fair – down from 69% in December 2021
According to the Washington Post and the University of Maryland, 62% of American adults say they believe Biden’s win was legitimate – down from 69% in the same poll in December 2021.Thirty-six per cent say they do not accept Biden’s win.
Trump was impeached for inciting an insurrection but acquitted.
Analysing the poll, Aaron Blake, a senior political reporter for the Post, said it mostly showed that Trump’s message over the 2020 election and January 6 had resonated with voters already disposed to believe it. [TheGuardian]
Good thing he was acquitted as there was no insurrection on January 6, 2021.
America is in a very fragile position. Mistrust of the electoral process is a real challenge to the very premise of the system. Sure hope Republicans have it all covered for 2024.

They need to uncover all the lies from the Dems and complicit media, once the real truth comes out which it will, then maybe some of the haters will open their eyes and minds to the truth, unless they remain slaves for Satan. I think it is more like 62 percent feel it was fraudulent elections, most independents that I know along with Republicans do not feel the election was fair. Many voters today do not say they are dem or Republicans, the greater majority are NPA, we do not like either party both full of crooks, greedy, self-serving people. I am ashamed of bing part of either, so NPA. I vote more Republican now, used to be more dem, but now the Dems have proven to be the party of slaves for Satan so would never vote for them now.
