well, the bastards keep bldg.,don't they. Our roads don't get any bigger.just more congested. And the next time somebody tells you that you cant water your lawn because of drought, tell them to go to hell!

Oh crap. More sky scrapers! And what's worse, they are probably.... gasp... affordable.

LOL...they have been promoted as "luxury" 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Luxury sounds expensive. Now why would anyone want a "luxury" apt located there? If I were going the luxury route, I would want to be on the Intracoastal or on the beach. :)

Gee,if we're lucky maybe they will let artistic paintings to be done on the bdgs. We could then get to look at another pig's ass, A Purple Gorilla or look up somebody's nose again ! What great artistes we have in Lake Worth !!!

Anon 8:31... Skyscraper? What the heck are you talking about these three buildings are going to be three stories tall in a Key West style. Pool, hot tub sounds nicer than what all around it!

Or would you prefer a vacant lot where vagrants and homeless can camp out? Personally I'd rather see the tax revenue come in and development of a nice project. Our people deserve better and newer choices. Our town deserves it.

If it were up to some of you people, we be still back in the horse and buggy days, no electricity or running water.

1:12, I think the sky scrapper comment was sarcasm.

So Lynn you should know better since you're an old realtor... If these 'luxury' units were built on the intracoastal or beach they would have to add at least $300,000 or more to each units price.

Why can't people just be happy that something positive is happening in our neighborhoods… Like new families moving in and new tax revenues all wrapped up in a pretty 'Key West style' development.

Most everything I read about on this blog is doom and gloom and sourpusses.

Well, since you're not brave enough to post under your own name, I guess you are just not happy when someone has a different point of view. I'm sorry you are so unhappy but half this city is pretty miserable with the politics or with those living in la la land or just interested in tax base.

P.S. Realtor is capitalized.
