Yesterday, a Treasure Coast Judge declined to intervene in the West/Murphy case. He left it up to the Canvassing Board. "We have the responsibility to try and restore trust in an elections process that has been shrouded in uncertainty," said Tod Mowery, Canvassing Board member.
In spite of the demonstrations in front of the St. Lucie Courthouse by anarchists and those wanting to diss democracy, beginning at 9:00am this morning, St. Lucie County will recount ALL 37,379 votes that were cast in early voting.

Well Lynn I am sure by now you are on your way up to St. Lucie to make sure NO ONE cheats West out of one more vote. So I guess we will not hear from you for the rest of the day..
Well, anonymous, sorry you have to be so damn sarcastic. Don't you think a vote count is important guess not when it comes to a Republican. Progressives want to regress back to a dictatorship where no vote counts.

Circuit Court Judge Larry Schack has denied a motion by Democrat Patrick Murphy to halt the recount of early votes in St. Lucie County.
About 4:15 p.m., the judge made his ruling, saying if Murphy loses because of the recount, he still can contest the results of the election.
