In Rare Victory, Illegals Prevail in Suit Over Meat Plant Raid

"The workers accused the government of racial profiling and excessive force. The agreement is very likely the first class settlement over an immigration enforcement operation at a work site, experts say. The far left Southern Poverty Law Center was involved.

In April 2018, armed agents with the Homeland Security Department and the Internal Revenue Service burst into the Southeastern Provision meatpacking plant in Bean Station, a rural town in northeastern Tennessee, and rounded up all but one Latino worker, including at least one U.S. legal resident and one American citizen. The only exception was a man who had hidden in a freezer.

The operation followed an I.R.S. investigation that had found evidence that the owner of the company, located outside the city of Morristown, Tenn., was paying plant workers in cash to evade taxes.

Nearly 100 illegals in Tennessee have reached a $1.17 million settlement against the U.S. government and federal agents, who they said used racial profiling and excessive force during the operation, stepping on a person’s neck and punching another in the face."

Senator Reported as Brain Dead

In May 2022, it was reported that Fetterman had suffered a major stroke that almost took his life just months prior to the mid-term elections. It was not made known to the public how severe this stroke was or how it affected his health until recently when it was revealed by CNN and The New York Times that he is currently struggling with “serious mental health challenges” as a result of the stroke, including having a pacemaker and defibrillator implanted.

It was later reported that Senator Fetterman’s condition may be much worse than what is being told to the public after he checked into Walter Reed for clinical depression on February 15th. Many Democrats have since come out in support of Senator Fetterman, claiming him to be “brave” for admitting his problem and seeking help for it, with Pennsylvania’s new Governor Josh Shapiro even refusing any calls for him to resign from office.

According to John Cardillo, former NYPD officer turned conservative radio host and social media influencer, there may be an investigation into whether Sen. John Fetterman is clinically brain dead as Democrats aim to avoid having to call for a special election before August 18th due to Pennsylvania law requiring one within 90 days of such vacancy occurring.

A Florida art dealer has pleaded guilty to laundering money from an art fraud scheme

said the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida (USAO)

Daniel Elie Bouaziz, a Palm Beach art dealer, plead guilty last week to laundering money derived from his scheme to sell counterfeit artwork.

According to the USAO, Bouaziz owns art galleries in South Florida, including Danieli Fine Art at 226A Worth Avenue in Palm Beach County and Galerie Danieli at 230 Worth Avenue in Palm Beach County.

Specifically, on or about Oct. 25, 2021, the release said, Bouaziz sold counterfeit artwork to a customer, including pieces purportedly by artist Andy Warhol. Bouaziz reportedly told the customer that the works that he was selling, for between $75,000 and $240,000, were authentic Warhol pieces, and that some were signed by the artist.

The bill aimed to establish driver privilege cards that are already issued in several other states. The proposal would have had Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles issue the cards to immigrants who pass the state’s driving test, have paid Indiana taxes in the past year, submitted to a fingerprint background check and provide proof of auto insurance."

A Covid vaccine maker that received clinical trial approvals from the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID), formerly headed by Dr. Anthony Fauci, has just paid $400 million to the “public health” organization.

The “catch-up-payment” that Moderna recently paid the NIAID was reported by the industry watchdog group Fierce Pharma as well as by the New York Times.

“In Moderna’s earnings release Thursday, the company said it recently paid the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) a $400 million ‘catch-up payment’ under a new royalty-bearing license agreement between the parties,” Fierce Pharma noted.

Letter from Palm Beach County Parents to the Governor

Palm Beach County Parents and Police to DeSantis-‘Safety of Our Children is at Risk’

A group of parents and school police officers from Palm Beach County sent a letter to Florida Governor Ron DeSantis detailing a list of severe and long-standing problems with policing in The School District of Palm Beach County.

When the letter was submitted to the DeSantis administration, the group asked for whistleblower status, so I won’t reveal any individuals involved in writing or sending the letter. Still, I’ve spoken to some of them, I know who they are, and I can confirm that it is a “group.” I’ve been told it’s “hundreds and hundreds” of police and parents, but I can’t guarantee the exact number.

The letter details the same problems that have gone unaddressed since last year. Not enough school police, low pay, lousy equipment, terrible training, and a fortune being paid to outside police officers to cover unprotected schools because the school board won’t admit they don’t know how to run a police department and cede control of the school police to one of the most respected sheriff’s in the state, Palm Beach County’s Ric Bradshaw. Governor Ron DeSantis is taking action to stop the Biden-backed flood of illegal immigration in Florida. The governor’s office announced Thursday that it would push the state legislature to increase penalties for human smuggling, strengthen laws surrounding the detention of illegal migrants, and mandate the use of E-Verify by employers. The governor said he proposed the new measures in response to “the deleterious effects of the Left’s open borders agenda.”

“With this legislation, Florida is continuing to crack down on the smuggling of illegal aliens, stopping municipalities from issuing ID cards to people here illegally, and ensuring that employers are hiring American citizens or those here legally,” DeSantis said in a statement.

This new calculation estimates that a total of 38,222 minnows were potentially killed as a result of the derailment.It is estimated that a total of around 5,500 other species – again, things like small fish, crayfish, amphibians and macro-invertebrates, were also potentially killed as a result of the derailment.”

On Friday, the Ohio EPA released their final testing results, saying “that there is no indication of risk to East Palestine Public Water customers.”

“Treated drinking water shows no detection of contaminants associated with the derailment,” the agency said.

Politicians, including Ohio Lt. Governor Jon Husted, started drinking the tap water in East Palestine on camera over the weekend to “prove” that it is safe.

Dozens of House Democrats — 162, to be exact — voted to allow illegal aliens to vote in Washington, DC’s, local elections.

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) provided a list of the 162 Democrats who voted to allow this by opposing H.J.Res.24, or the “Disapproving the action of the District of Columbia Council in approving the Local Resident Voting Rights Amendment Act of 2022.”

The measure, introduced in the House January 31, 2023, would nullify the D.C. council’s Local Resident Voting Rights Amendment Act of 2022, which allows “non-citizens who meet residency and other requirements to vote in local elections in the district.” This includes illegal aliens.

“This is extremely sympathetic,” Judge Karen Foxman said at the end of the hearing Friday. “(But) the law in the state of Florida does not allow for a mercy killing.”

On February 11, 2013, the City entered into a Lease agreement with RTT - Benny's on the Beach, Inc., for the lease of certain space located at the Lake Worth Municipal Ocean Pier for use as a restaurant and a bait shop. The lease allowed for ten (10) years with the option of renewing initially for an additional eight years. After the initial renewal the lease allows for one additional renewal for twenty-three (23) months.

On August 5, 2015, the City and Tenant entered into the First Amendment of the Lease to address the use of additional outdoor patio area.

On May 19, 2020, the City and Tenant entered into the Second Amendment to the Lease to revise certain terms and conditions as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Third Amendment will extend RTT - Benny's on the Beach, Inc., lease at the Lake Worth Municipal Pier for an additional nine (9) years and eleven (11) months, that includes the last option to renew the lease for twenty-three months preceding the initial eight (8) years. The amendment includes a 2% percent annual escalator to the rent owed to the City.

A donor with deep ties to Ukraine loaned Joe Biden’s younger brother half-a-million dollars at the same time the then-vice president oversaw U.S. policy toward the country, according to public records reviewed by POLITICO.

The 2015 loan came as Biden’s brother faced financial difficulties related to his acquisition of a multimillion-dollar vacation home, nicknamed “the Biden Bungalow,” in South Florida. [abcnews]

Ron DeSantis targets TikTok

Gov. Ron DeSantis said Wednesday that he is making another run at reining in social media platforms by pushing state lawmakers to approve a “digital bill of rights,” for Floridians.

TikTok is among DeSantis’ targets, with the governor proposing to bar access to the suspected China-linked platform through any government-issued devices or networks serving them, including schools, colleges and universities.

The U.S. made up the largest base of TikTok users as of April 2022, with some 136.5 million Americans engaging with the app. India actually banned TikTok altogether—along with more than 50 other Chinese-owned apps back in 2020—with an Indian government spokesperson saying the sites were outlawed because "they are engaged in activities which [are] prejudicial to [the] sovereignty and integrity of India, defense of India, security of state and public order."

Since even before he entered the White House, concerns have been raised about the apparent decline in President Joe Biden’s cognitive capabilities, and those concerns have only grown as the decline has only grown worse and more apparent.

At the forefront of those raising such concerns is former White House physician-turned-congressman Rep. Ronny Jackson (R-TX), who reiterated his standing demand last week that Biden undergoes a cognitive exam and transparently share the results with the American people.

Of course, the president and his White House have staunchly resisted such calls and instead have insisted that his mental abilities are better than ever and any suggestion to the contrary is driven purely by partisan politics.

Biden’s aliments were the findings listed by the physician. Dr. David Scheiner, former President Barack Obama’s longtime former personal physician told the Washington Examiner that the White House will not fully disclose Biden’s condition.

The conclusions reached by Dr. Kevin O'Connor, the president's personal physician since 2009, are likely to be highly scrutinized as the oldest president in history makes plans for an expected reelection campaign.

Scheiner also noted that Biden’s “gait is not an insignificant factor” and that he should undergo a cognitive exam. “The one thing they don’t check is a careful examination of the mind,” he said. “I don’t think any candidate wants it. They’re afraid they might find something.”

“Biden had an aneurysm repaired. When you do work on the brain, there’s always a little damage done. He’s had that atrial fibrillation — that can sometimes throw off small strokes. They’re leaving a whole area of concern in my mind,” he added.

Federal Judge Dismisses Lawsuit Aimed at Blocking Florida Governor’s Parental Rights Law!

Conservatives across the state of Florida are celebrating a recent decision by a federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit meant to block Republican Governor Ron DeSantis’ Parental Rights in Education law.

The law, commonly referred to as “Don’t Say Gay” by critics, limits when students can be taught about gender identity and sexual orientation in K-3 classrooms.

In October, Florida students and their parents filed a lawsuit in an attempt to challenge the law, but it was thrown out on Wednesday by U.S. District Judge Allen Winsor due to insufficient facts and legal standing.
